Whenever you see a group of Three-Quarter Cavalryman (3d Sq., 4th Cav.) invariable their guidon will be flying next to a flag of Texas, heralding back to the days of the Indian wars and the settling of the frontier.

Medical compound is mixed by SP4 Carl J. Bellelo, pharmacist with the 17th Inf. aid station. Although medical facilities of aid station are extensive, the unit is ready to evacuate on a moment's notice.
