Washington Heights Boqs go up in multimillion [sic] dollar project. Workmen prepare 15 New Billets to house 1,750 Officers. The multi-million dollar project to relocate U.S. Army facilities outside downtown Tokyo and Yokohama is nearing completion. The Ministry of Construction is completing work on some 30 buildings in the Washington Heights, Pershing Heights and Hardy Barracks areas. These buildings include offices and billets.
