Yongsan Garrison, South Korea, June 16, 2007: Chaplain (Maj.) Leo Mora demonstrates the Lapscan 4000, a board that combines light and sound during talk therapy to heal soldiers with post-traumatic stress disorder. Mora says he’s seen dramatic improvements in soldiers after four to six weeks.
