Two men who served in the Army Air Forces during World War II were finally laid to rest Thursday at Arlington National Cemetery.
Second Lt. Valorie L. Pollard and Sgt. Dominick J. Licari, were lost on March 13, 1944, when their A-20G Havoc bomber went down in bad weather in northeastern New Guinea while they were returning from a mission. Their remains were found in 2012.
