Yokota Air Base, Japan, January, 1975: A member of the 475th Civil Engineering Squadron's fire protection rescue team rappels down the side of a housing unit at Yokota Air Base. The team practiced procedures to be used in the event of a fire in the high-rise building about three times a month.
