Toddler Hang Nam Chong' chins up to the bar at the Top Three Club at Ascom City as the U.S. Army Signal Depot sponsored a year-end party for orphans of the Dong Chin home which the unit supports. Delighted bystander is PFC Jimmy A. Pettigrew of the 55th Signal Co. The children all received new shoes and warm underclothes for Korea's bitter winter. They also enjoyed a multi-course authentic Korean dinner.
