Tokyo Fire Department personnel carry a simulated patient out of a TFD helicopter during a training drill Wednesday at the Hardy Barracks heliport. Beginning on April 1, the TFD will have access to the heliport to evacuate patients from islands near Tokyo to downtown hospitals.
