Two soldiers of the 28th RCT watch for Vietcong through telescope. Soldiers of the Republic of Korea's 28th Regimental Combat Team watch the coastline of Cam Ranh Bay for enemy activity. The 28th, known as the "Ghosts," is now serving in the central lowlands of the Republic of Vietnam, putting into practice the lessons they learned during the Korean War. Nicknamed Ghosts by the communist North Korean fighters who claimed they disappeared into thin air like spirits after a surprise attack, the unit distinguished itself in service and received the United States' Presidential Unit Citation.
