Mitsunaka Saito, Pacific Stars and Stripes copy boy, gets a batting tip from Gordy Windhorn, outfielder for the Hankyu Braves of Japan's Pacific League. Former major league outfielder Gordy Windhorn is in his second year with the Hankyu Braves of Japan's Pacific baseball League. Windhorn was signed by the New York Giants in 1952 for his speed - he had been a track star athlete in high school, but not baseball. He played three seasons in the major leagues before 'retirement,' and his subsequent move overseas.
