Engineers camouflage one of their bulldozers. All are riflemen, can quickly man perimeter for defense. At Camp Page, home of the 4th U.S. Army Missile Command, (Air Transportable), Korea’s only missile command, five separate companies and a battalion representing four branches of the Army go about their jobs with one purpose in mind: to be able to deliver their Honest John rocket where needed, if needed. Like all the units, the 161st Engineer Company (Combat) has a twofold mission. Building roads, bridges, mine fields and defensive fortifications is one of the two jobs. But as a combat engineer unit, its members can convert from engineers to infantry in minutes when needed.
